I've read all the posts, and have had some of these same symptoms. This is the 2nd time I have had an episode like this. Too many ejaculations, regardless of whether solo or with a partner, can lead to inflammation of certain glands in your "member". You have the option of icing / heat pad alternation every 20 minutes on the area. But this only offers some short term relief. Unfurtonately you really just have to wait it out. But I also found that taking the biggest dump ever, really really helped. I don't know if this was a very specific incident, where constapation was also playing a factor. But either way, after dropping the deuce, my balls finally stopped aching and pulsating.

So if I have plans during an evening, I save up some urine; not so much that I'm uncomfortable, but enough so that I can urinate a little bit (about a shot and half seems to be enough for me) right after each round. Each time I urinate, I don't let it all out until I'm sure the sexual activity is completely over for the night.
I drink quite a bit of water or soft drinks prior to and during a particularly festive evening. Drinking pop or coffee or anything with a lot of caffeine can make me able to urinate really frequently. Then just drinking a about 3 or 4 cups of water pretty quickly, at the end of it all, can kind of clear all that out so I'm not trotting to the restroom every half hour in the wee hours of the morning.
Another thing is frequent stimulation. If I'm in the habit of stimulating a little, prior to urination, it makes it easier to get it up and keep it up when the time to go for it comes.
PC muscle clenching is helpful in that process. (The muscle you clench to stop yourself from urinating.) There's a spot you can press on, part of the way toward your anus from your testicles, that gets squeezed when you clench your PC muscle. You can press on that spot, and hold your finger there, to ease an erection away. Once you figure that out, and figure it out well enough to make an erection go away pretty quickly, you can figure out how to clench your PC muscle, and hold it clenched, in a way that squeezes that spot just enough to make an erection go away pretty quickly.
Once you're able to make an erection go away quickly, you can stimulate a little (not all the way to ejaculation, not even half way) prior to every urination (or every 2nd or 3rd urination, depending on how frequently you're urinating), during the day, and then make the erection go away really quickly, and then urinate.
Doing that seems to help keep the mind and body ready for sex. If I've stimulated myself part of the way (but not nearly far enough to cause any semen to rise through the tubes) several times, over the course of the day, and relaxed and cleared the tubes thoroughly immediately after doing so, then by the time the evening comes, I can get it up right away, last long enough for her, finish my own journey with gusto, urinate, and have no pain.
Resting is another thing. You don't want to be stimulating yourself every day all the time for ever and ever. You need to mix it up. Some days on, some days off. And you need about 3 to 5 days out of every month or so of just letting things rest completely. Otherwise you can end up with soreness that's around a lot and takes a while to go away, and you can eventually end up making it harder, instead of easier, to get it up.
So for that first few weeks, live it up, but after that, have a care for your body. You do want the good times to last, after all. Pain and soreness and such get worse and last longer if you don't deal with them, so figure it out and deal with it, don't just figure "it's worth it," because it isn't.
