So, i have anxeity, i worry about stuff like death. I also have a fear of asperating. (Inhaling food into my lungs) iv talked too my mom whos a nurse. I still worry though. I know that im ok but in my mind i dont think so. It has caused me to take longer to eat at dinner. So if i cant finish something because im full, i worry about not eating enough. Anyone have any tips about how to cop with these issues?
