Last night I had rough intercourse for about four hours which I have never experienced prior. Today, I am extremely sore and am experiencing a very thick, clear mucus like gelatin with a hint of blood that is so thick it does not get left behind on my underwear.

It's unlikely to be implantation it sounds like irritation due to how long and how rough you did, if it carries on over a certain amount of days and you are still very sore I'd go to see a doctor, just to be on the safe side :) hope that helps you a bit
