I am 12 and I discovered a small little bump on my breast about a week ago. It hasn't grown at all but it is getting red and yellowing a lot around the edges. What is it and could it be cancer? Btw I'm a girl.

Could it be a pimple? You can get them everywhere. Red and yellow indicates that there's some sort of infection, not necessarily bad. I don't think it is cancer.
Wash it, keep it clean, don't pick at it or keep touching it. If you have anything like Neosporin, antibacterial cream, put some on it.
If it isn't better in a few days see your doctor.
