im getting twitching in my balls. my penis is very big (9inches soft) and bangs against my testicles when i walk, iv tried tying it to my leg while at work but its annoying going to the toilet, any advice?

Both of the listed factors involve working your muscles a fair amount and the scrotum itself has muscles which could be twitching. Muscles are in physical cooperation with other muscles as opposed to organelles cooperating with each other to operate internal bodily functions. I imagine it could be either since this explanation sounds logical as well.

My answer, being a man and therefore observing my own testicles, and looking into it on the Net and elsewhere, is that some of us have "naturally twitchy" balls. By that I mean we are activating our cremaster reflex by contracting our pelvic muscles (by doing Kegels, basically) without realizing we're doing it. Some guys can barely contract those pelvic muscles and their balls will jump almost all the way up instantly!
So...it could be that you're one of those guys with a strong cremater and pelvic muscles, or, it could be that your balls are involuntarily twitching, like sometimes our eyelids twitch, which usually is due to a vitamin deficiency or lack of electrolytes like potassium. Start taking a multivitamin and drink a gatorade; that should alleivate it within a day or two. :) If it doesn't, that means you are a "naturally twitchy" type I described above. :D

I don't know about your testicles getting bigger when you're using the toilet, but your balls twitching up when you touch your inner thigh, that is normal. It's called the cremasteric reflex. It works (or SHOULD work) on ANY man or boy. It makes the cremaster muscle, which is the muscle that surrounds each ball, contract and lifts them up.
