PLEASE HELP ME!! ive been ill for nearly a week now with what was diagnosed as a viral infection. i thought it was finally starting to clear up but then my throat started feeling a lot worse. after looking into a mirror i noticed quite a few angry looking ulcers at the back of my throat. painkillers do not stop the pain from ulcers. As if that wasnt bad enough i now think that the ulcers are spreading into my ears and have unbareable pain in my ears that i cant shift. its hurts constantly but swallowing brings me to tears now. Even if no one knows what it is... please give me some idea how to stop the pain!!!!!

You have to understand that pain killers will not stop the ulcers they can only numb the pain. You need to take some antibiotics to get rid of the ulcers and the viral infection. The fact that they are spreading in to your ears is telling me that your immune system is not strong enough to fight the ulcers on its own. You need to get some antibiotics and watch your diet for next few weeks. Ulcer are very dangerous because they can get complicated. You need to avoid anything how or too cold, also you need to avoid spicy food as well. Spicy food can only complicate your situation more and it will cause pain as well.
