Names Alison and im 15. I arrived home from school yesturday and went to bed.
woke up about 7-8 with an intense cramping-The equivilent of someone stepping or pushing right below my belly-button. Most of the things i looked up online, referred to the sides of the stomach. It hurt to even lay down. I took an Aleve and eventually fell asleep. Feeling fine the next morning, went off to school. 2 hours into my classes the pain starts again. It hurt to even sit in my chair.
Although some may blame it on menstrual cramps, ive never experienced such painful cramps.
i did try laying in the tub but its still hurting. Help!

Hi Alison! So 1st it is in the middle of your belly right? It's not a terrible pain on your right side just above your hip bone? If this is correct then I think you are suffering from PMS! It usually starts in your teens! Midol can help, but from the sounds of it, you might need a perscription for it! Ask your mom to take you to the doctors - just to give you an ultrasound - and then put you on some anti inflammatory medicine!
In the mean time do deep massage on your tummy and pelvis. is the pain a cramping or like someone is twisting your intestines?
