So I was eating a hot pocket and like filling was very hot and went under my tongue and burned the stem. After I looked and it looked like two pieceses disconnect from it. The next day it hurt to stick out my tongue, lick my lips, spit, and stuff like that. What happened to my tongue and what can I do to fix it?
