I have had stomach pains going on for over 9 years and I'm only 18. I have been diagnosed with IBS and H Pylori. I know it has more to do with just IBS and the doctors tell me that the H Pylori is dormant or not active right now. I am always in extreme pain. I can't eat anything it seems without getting sick. I've tried diets without milk and over the past month I've tried going without gluten and thought I had found my answer but now even without the gluten, I am still getting sick. The pain is below my ribs; sometimes right under them; and above my belly button. Sometimes I get pain in my back too. I can't go a day without being nauseated and I know I'm not pregnant at this time. I'm so tired of being in pain and not being able to eat; and even without a lot of foods, I'm not losing any weight which should happen if you're basically cutting out every food in your diet. Can anyone please help so I can finally live my life without being sick every day???

I know that there are some diets out there for people with IBS and I think even my mom did it for awhile because I think she has celiac disease, and it's something similar. Have you googled anything like that? I think that you might benefit from some of their experience there because it could help! In any case, does anyone else have any ideas? Keep us posted.

I know that this is a shot in the dark but have you ever explored mastocytosis?

Have you tried a FULL panel for allergies through blood from a certified md nutritionist?  You could be allergic to something--they tested my blood for over 300 allergens...(sp I know!)   OR even adhesions--a layproscopic surgery might be able to see any adhesions--I had severe adhesions--had them all removed and my eating problems disappeared!
