I have the similar problem. I had an episode like a panic attack as i woke up one morning 3 years back, and eversince i am getting all kind of symptoms such as bloating/GERD,tinnitus, breathing issue( limited inhaling) dizziness(light headedness similar to what we feel after blowing a few ballons). my lightheadedness get worse when i sit on chair or lying on my back after meal. I guess a pressure to my stomach seems to cause the dizziness.
You all seem to have anxiety and stomach problems as well. My best scenario is that our anxiety causes excessive acid to stomach/esophagus, and sometimes mild hiatal hernia from it, which in turn, may push the vagus nerve to heart parpitation and dizziness. Taking antiacid improves GERD and the hernia, and as a result, the dizziness gets better. Or taking anti depression/ anti anxiety med can lower the production of acid in stomach with the same result. What do you guys think of my theory?
I am taking anti acid med (PPI) on and off, but I've never been on anti depressant or anti anxiety med yet. But since all my problem started with panic attack, I am thinking about start taking one of those SSRI in near future. Hope you all get well

Are you by any chance on medication for GERD? I started feeling the same way when I was given omeprazole, nexium, pantoprazole and that is when they told me that I was having a reaction to the medication. Then I even started losing my hair. I decided to get off of the medication and go with natural cures. Once I got off the medication I felt better after about a month. Now for GERD I have 8oz of water with 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar before eating then I have an apple a day. In the morning I have 8oz of Aloe Vera and I now feel so much better. I will never take medication for GERD ever again. I felt dizzy, light headed, fever and even a pain in my shoulder. . Good Luck and I hope this helps!!!

The biggest problem I find looking at the comments on sites like this, is that people continue to go to Allopathic doctors when it's obvious that they are either not helping them or worse harming them.
I had a problem when I was kid and went to every specialist around. They couldn't figure out anything.
My mom went into her huge library and found a book, read about someone with similar symptoms having a vitamin B deficiency, who was cured through supplementation. She put me on some and it went right away.
The cure for most disease it putting the body into balance through, diet and getting rid of toxins and putting nutrients back in the body that is it lacking.
Once the body is in balance it will cure itself.
The problem with Western Medicine is that because they are not taught about fundamental health, they don't know anything about it. Then they become specialists who don't have a holistic understanding of how everything works as a whole.
