i have upper lft.abdomen discomfort under rib cage.when sitting down it feels like something is bulging out.cant feel or see anything.upper abdomen feels swollen ..any sugestions?????????????thanks

I would see your primary care physician. From your description it sounds like you may have gallbladder issues. Do you get nauseous after eating a high fat meal? A CT would rule out whether or not you have the gallbladder issues. I would be inclined to say that the gallbladder is full of gall stones and most likely will have to come out, which can be done laproscopically now.
