Good Evening folks,
I have began an effort to turn my life around, started running last week working on the Couch-to-5k program from cool running. i'm in my second week and I love it..
I currently can't workout more than 4 times a week, no time really, and i was wondering what I can do to get an upper body exercise on the same day i run. is it really recommended that i do any workout after running? (i prefer after because my focus is running)
ANY advice is good advice.
