I am currently having a situation like this! Hopefully Someone can give me an answer. :) I do realize women's bodies work differently but has anyone ever had a uti and spotting 1 week before you have your period? I've been feeling nauseous for about 2 weeks now and I just started feeling tired the middle of last week. I did a pregnancy tracker and if I am pregnant I'd be 3 weeks! I’ve been having sex for 3 months without protection, and I’ve had urinary track infections off and on for the past year, but this one has lasted 10 days. I shouldn’t be having my period until October 20th. I myself am confused I went to the dr he said he thinks I have UTIs I have back pain nausea I pee like a race horse and I’m always tired plus I’m getting g headaches I have no cloud or discolored per no burning and when I have to go I go not a few drops but a lot it’s to early to test but all the things I read doesn’t sound like a uti however I could be wrong

I had UTI and I was treated with ciprofloxacin. I didn't know at this time that I am pregnant. Possibly it was the first week of pregnancy. Could this antibiotic be harmful to the baby?
