Hi, if you don’t believe it’s an infection it means that you have met with an infection before. First, try not to intake too much fluid. If you drink a lot you will also have to urinate a lot. It's not really true that you're flushing out toxins by taking more fluid. Did you know that you can enlarge your bladder by some extent if you try to delay a bit urination, after you feel a need. If you give in to every slightest urge, you will shrink your bladder's capacity. Start practicing with 15 minutes, and then prolong more. Over the following weeks try to extend this time and finally you will have the problem solved.

Hi,

If you have encountered infections of your urinary tract before that means that you could easily been suffering again from it. These infections are known for reoccurring and especially if you haven’t been drinking your antibiotics like doctor has prescribed. This can lead to the reoccurrence and you will have to consult your doctor once again and do some urine analysis.

If you don’t experience any other symptoms of infection than maybe it is just a cold and you will need to apply wait and see approach or visit your doctor.

Either way you can help your urinary tract by drinking some cranberry juice. They say it is very helpful with all urinary tract problems. Good luck and keep us posted about your condition.
