so im usually irregular with my periods but on the 3rd of January I had sex, penis didn't go all the way in no penetration, just pre cum, I took a pregnancy test came up negative, I have no symptoms of being pregnant I just haven't gotten my period, sometimes I feel I'm going to start but nothing, I am stressing over this too much could it be one of the reasons my period is delayed?
