I was told a echogeinic mass in the fundus of my uterine wall was a uterine lypoma. The mass is in the myometrium. My concern is, I did ultrasound for 26 years and never saw another uterine mass like this should I just except that as a diagnosis or want a biopsy to confirm it or have someother follow up. Its been 5 years since I quit doing ultrasound and I am not able to do my own follow ups any more. My age is 50 a gravida 5 para 3 spontanious AB2 all vaginal deliveries 1st with forceps after 2 hr of pushing . and a tubalighation 4 month after the las delivery at age 37.I had a emdometiral biopsy in my 20 and also used a iud for a bout 1 year.
