I have sores around my vagina, and I'm torn between herpes or cysts. I got an IUD placement about 3 weeks ago, and have been spotting since. A few days after, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend (who is clean). The week after, I was also diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis, so I took antibiotics (Metronidazole) as prescribed. A few days after I stopped the meds, I noticed a bump form around the left side of my labia majora. Then more bumps started appearing, and became extremely painful to pretty much move around, or even walk normally. They turned yellow-ish, but I drained them a little by compressing a warm towel on them. This entire time, I've been wearing pads for my spotting as well. So I don't know if this is caused from all of the fluids that have been happening down there, or if I caught an STD or something.
