I'm really confused. I think I might have a yeast infection, but I have a grey discharge. But it's kind of dry now. Also there are really small white-ish bumps on the edge of my vagina, kind of going in. I don't know if they've always been there, but I would think I would have noticed them. But they're really itchy, the area is some-what swollen and it's kind of uncomfortable.
What could it be? I'm really nervous.

It could be BV. I know this is old, but anyone who comes arcoss this googling should see if they have BV. I too thought I had a yeast infection. I had these symptoms and got put on antibiotics and it cleared up. I DID however get a real yeast infection during that time because of the antibiotics killing all the good bacteria.
