I'm really confused. I think I might have a yeast infection, but I have a grey discharge. But it's kind of dry now. Also there are really small bumps on the edge of my vagina. I don't know if they've always been there, but I would think I would have noticed them. But they're really itchy, the area is some-what swollen and it's kind of uncomfortable.
What could it be? I'm really nervous.
