I have been having this itch on and off for the past two months, I went to the gynocologist yesterday, she examined me, said i have slight swelling and some discharge, but discharge lookd normal, she did a wet mount for yeast. The nurse called me later on and first said I have a yeast infection, then she called me again in 10 min and said that she spoke to the doctor and i dont have a yeast infection and my discharge had some bacteria and WBC's and that the doctor said that I should use a 1% cortizone cream. I am confused, what do i have?
