Hi, no such thing as a ridiculous question :-D You would have to be mightly unlucky to get pregnant that way, especially if it was just on the external vagina, even if he put his fingers inside, you would still have to be very unlucky.
remember in the future tho, have condoms with you for STDS and investigate contraception, if you are not taking any. Have the condoms with you always , just incase your BF does not have anywith him
