I was wondering if it was healthy to take 100 000 i.u. of vitamin a!!!

Well, the threshold for adults is 10 000 IU for vitamin A. But you should be careful cos you are already getting vitamin a from meat, fish and dairy products. You may be getting beta carotene from orange and yellow vegetables as well and your body converts a lot of beta carotene into vitamin A.
It would be good if you took only 5000 IU of the multivitamins and then ate proper food that contained vitamin a.
