I had a tubaligation 20 years ago and now am having signs of being pregnant. Ny breasts are heavy and tender, my lower abdomen is becoming larger, I feel nausious, and my period was very irregular. I am also having cramping similar to before my period starts. The home pregnantcy test I took was negative. could I be pregnant or is it my imagination.
