I have had this white wax like substance on my penis forehead for a few months, and it make my penis smell kinda bad, I wash often. I am not sure what's going on, it kinda looks like dirty skin when I retract my foreskin.... Any Idea what it could be? I have a lot of erections, could it be from the lubricating substance produce by my penis?

Its most likely to be smegma. You just need to make sure you clean it out properly every time you wash.
