Okay, So I am twelve, and about 127 pounds, but my stomach and legs are big.
I really just wanted to lose about 10 pounds or so...
(And do NOT tell me I am too young to worry about my weight, please. I know what is right and wrong, and I am definately not going to starve myself or some crazy thing like that)
But at this age, how can you lose weight? I know you could eat less, and healthier - but what about excersizing?
Adults can go to work-out places like gyms, or a club to help them lose weight.
But at twelve - you cant do all that stuff.
I just need some ideas to excersize...

I'd like to know how tall you are before I give you a lot of advice! I know that you know what's right and wrong but I do want to make sure you're careful. Also, here's my advice to you, someone who's older and learned a few things: don't go off your weight. Go off how good you look, okay? It helps you a lot. Trust me!!
Second, I'd recommend just doing stuff like pushups and being active in general. How many pushups can you do? Try to work your way up to doing 100 in a row. That is a good test of upper body strength. Does this help?

Okay hi well I just wanted to say, sorry if it doesn't help you, but the town where I live has a kids gym just for kids but with real proper equipment in it! I don't know if it is one of a kind of not but ya know you could look? Also some places have outdoor gyms? Xx
