i am 14 and i have been having some weird eating and work out problems lately and im sure its from puberty but its been going on forever now since 3rd grade and im in 8th now. what has been happening is that i have been eating good and healthy and have had lots of energy one day and then the next day i have been eating junk and feeling fat and i have gained a few pounds and i want to be in shape for football this season anyone ave any tips on what i should do because im losing muscle and energy and im really worried im going to turn out being fat here soon and ive already been noticing some fat gain in my body.
