Hello.
A few years ago when i started sixth form, i pushed exercise aside to concerntrate on work and it's really shown. I was around 160lbs when i joined am now am nearly 120lbs heavier, at a massive 280lbs
Im worried this trend will continue, if not escalate, when i start university in a few weeks.

My doctor says he sees no immediate problems with me and that for my weight i am healthy...but how can i lose weight, whilst receiving c**p-tons of work?

maybe focusing more on ur work and not on ur ritual will help. i have ocd and i tend to repeat things which i didnt consider it a ritual, but a habbit. to me its the same. i still will go thru the same steps of getting food and eating , sometimes even slowly eating. i just dont seem to notice when ive had too much and then i end up gaining weight. other weeks i remind myself to change up and tho its a continuing process of reminding myself to just change up my routine even if just a little.  i was 200 lbs two years ago and when i first tried changing my ritual, i ended up losing 70lbs in just a few months. so much that the doctor thought there was something wrong. but after all these tests they had me do, nothing showed up. so i guess my change up must have caused the change of rapid weight loss. its been 2years and im still around 125-130.
