i know how you feel im 19 years old && only weight 90 pounds. I have try doing sit ups && drinking protain shakes but it seem to not b working. i want to be at least 100 pounds. i want to gain weight on my legs so i can look good on a dress or shorts because right now i just look like chicken legs. :( i would like to know how to gain weight too

how can i gain weight fast & safe??? I'm 15 and 79 pounds. my weight has been bothering me bec. it's a hindrance to my health, social, and emotional stuff...
My body resistance is low, im loosing my appetite , i cannot compete in any sport, i've been constantly bullied by people around me; even my friends and this is not just about name-picking, they're not respecting me and treating me like a normal person. All i want is to fit in.. I tried to be optimistic about it but all they see is my outer shell. They cannot see what's inside.  My self-steam is very low bec of my weight.. :-(

At least im not the only one; im 17 and im not underweight but very skinny;

all i do is eat,eat and eat lol but i cant gain weight!

i need good advice for how to get a little fatter please!

I hate being skinny, too many people say im anorexic but i aint close to anorexic.

Omg, im 16. 5`0 or 5`1 and i`m 77-79 pounds. thanks GOD there was someone out there like me. i feel less alone. :]

I'm also very skinny no matter hw I eat I don't gain weight but I decided to except the way I am and since then I'm interested in many staff and I'm a model .my body is my treasure I sometimes wish it was more fitter but god created me like this so I habe to life with it,and love it .

Like other ppl said, I am glad to know I am not the only one having trouble with this! I am 12 and weigh 75. I have been trying to gain weight but I have the hardest time. I read that one girl drank 4 cups of milk a day and gained 2 lbs in 1 1/2 days! I'm gonna try. And I hope something helps all of us!!!

I'm 18 years old, 6 feet tall, but my weight is just 138 lbs. Many people said I should eat more, but still I weigh under 140 lbs. What should I do? It seems that I can't gain weight with normal diet.
