Hi. I am a guy 21 years old and I am a bit overweight. I started going to the gym a week ago. Do you have some experience about loosing weight and weightlifting? What is the best way for loosing body fat fast? I was thinking of loosing weight in approximately two months. I am 90 kg. Help!

I’ve got some experience, and I can tell you that this thing often doesn’t go together. When you lift weights, you starve your muscles, and it just urges you to eat. So that way you are not going anywhere. Better solution is to jog. Jogging burns a lot of the fat, and if you have the time you could both too!
