I have been consuming 800-1000 calories of low carb, low fat and high protien foods. I am working out 5-6 days a week. In the first 3 weeks, I lost 15 pounds. Nothing has changed with my diet, yet everymorning I wake up wieghing more then I did when I went to bed. Also, ifeel like I have to pee all the time but nothing comes out, and I havnt had a bowel movement in a week, even with milk of magnesia. What is goin on with me?

It could be that your stressed so much about the weight loss that it could keep the weight on you, or some medications make you gain weight. I know from both my meds and stressed caused me to gain 30 pounds in three months. I was 105 to 135, and now I am more depressed but I try to be comfortable and be more active.
