Hi, I don't understand one thing. I am over weight. So, decide to take vegetarian food because of my health and my weight. I have started with it last year. I did not see any progress but I was patient. A few days ago I have measure myself and I am even heavier then before. Why is that? How to achieve weight loss as vegetarian?

Weak spot of every vegetarian is that he must make up for all those proteins he does not take by animal products. It means that vegetarian use a variety of foods to do that.
