for months now i have been feeling random pulsings in my head as if something s wedged in there pushing to get out  it can extend all the way down to my neck and sometimes it feels bigger than others it usually lasts for a few seconds but it often shows up in about 3 different spots before it goes away it's pretty painful and leaves me momentarily disoriented.  but it doesn't feel the same as my migraines nor happen at the same time always. I also get he occasional feel like something hammered into my upper chest cavity and its a similar pulse this leaves me short of breath. Lastly i can often hear my heart beat or pulse all over. im not sure these symptoms are connected so i'd appreciate any suggestions on diagnosis for any or all of these symptoms. thank you in advance for any advice
