So since about November of 09 my right ear has been really messed up. Sometimes when I touch inside my ear it feels like something moves out of place and I get tremendous pain all throughout my ear and it almost feels like there is a fluid at times also but when I move my head to the side nothing comes out. My hearing isn't the best on that side either since this has happened, and since I am a drummer I wear gun muffs when I drum and every single time I put them on I get a faint tickle inside my ear that is extremely annoying and I always have to stick my finger in my ear and move it around for the tickle feeling to go away.
Also since this has happened in November sometimes randomly I will get a slight spaced out feeling followed by a headache.
I have basically learned to live with it but I would like to know whats going on, everytime I go to the doctors I forget to ask him to check it out and my parents think I am a hypochondriac so they won't bring me down and think I am freaking out but this has been happening since November.

Hi Neil, I'm just wondering if you did any traveling before this happened. Maybe you went on an airplane, in which case you might want to climb a mountain to try and pop your ears so to speak.

No, I haven't done any traveling on planes recently or hiking.
And I am 17 years old and I am usually around a lot of noise since I am in a band and play shows often but I always wear ear protection.

Have you ever had a hearing test? You may need to go around a find a specialist because unbalanced hearing is freaking annoying, but likely has a solution.

Yeah, I've had hearing tests in school and I have done really good, but yeah I probably should go to a doctors to get it checked out
