I have two of these spots on my groin/bikini line area that are not itchy and do not cause me any discomfort or pain but are just there. I noticed them about a week ago. I am also prone to yeast infections, so I am unsure if this has anything to do with it. In the past month, I've been sick with mono (still getting over) and a sinus infection. Not sure if any of this information helps, but just thought I would add it.
