Ive had stomach cramping, no severe pain for almost 2 weeks. Took an ER visit, they blood tested everything, heart monitor/check, chest xrays and cat scan. Nothing out of the ordinary. I have an appointment with a gastrologist to check for irritable bowel syndrome. I had thought it might be a h pylori problem with that is I can't get my family doctor to do anything about it. No vomiting, fever, diarrhea or the like. Just stomach cramping. Lots of passing gas. Stool and urine are normal colored and no pain. Taking a deep breath and holding it relaxes my stomach and the cramping. Im lost.

Stomach cramping can have several potential causes, and it's important to rule out any serious underlying conditions. The fact that your blood tests, heart monitoring, chest x-rays, and CT scan came back normal is encouraging, as it suggests that there might not be any immediate life-threatening issues.
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common gastrointestinal disorder that can cause abdominal pain or cramping, bloating, and changes in bowel habits. It is usually diagnosed based on a combination of symptoms and by ruling out other conditions through tests.
H. pylori infection is a bacterial infection that can cause stomach-related symptoms, including abdominal pain. If you suspect you may have an H. pylori infection, it's important to discuss your concerns with your gastroenterologist, as they can order appropriate tests or refer you to a specialist who can help.
In the meantime, you can try some self-care measures to alleviate your symptoms. These may include managing stress, eating a balanced diet, avoiding trigger foods, staying hydrated, and maintaining regular physical activity.
