what happends if you poop blood?

I am a female, 16 years of age turning 17. I am not on my period at all . And I recently went #2 and it hurt really bad. I knotice there was a amount of blood on the toilet paper and freaked out and notice there was alot amount of blood in the toilet. I dont know what to do?¡ i dont know whats wrong with me? What do i do? Do i take vitamins? Use wipes? Vagasil? Anything please give me some advice
