I had a reaction to a new laundry detergent and ended up with a seriously itchy rash on my penis, of all places. I switched back to my old detergent and my doctor told me to use hydrocortisone for the itch, but now my skin is super dry and tight. What is a good moisturizer that can be used on the penis?
