I’m a 24 year old student of international law.
My best friend and I are studding together and we also went to the same elementary and high school.
He has often talked with me about his scrotum pain. We never took it seriously and we all joked about it telling that it is the consequence of not having sex at all.
But, it was some serious because same year (three years ago) he was scheduled for operation of left testicle and I think operation was called something like vasectomy.
Ok, he got back from the operation and he was feeling good. This all lasted for about a year and than he got these terrible pains in his scrotum. He contacted doctor again and diagnosis was orchalgia.
I’m very worried about my friend because I don’t know how really serious this condition is.

Well, I think I could provide you with some more information about this condition because I was also diagnosed with orchalgia two years ago.
Chronic testicular pain (orchalgia) is unilateral or bilateral scrotal pain lasting for more than three months and interfering with normal activities.
Sometimes the right cause of testicular pain can be very difficult to discover.
You mentioned that he had vasectomy few years ago. Well, orchalgia is very common condition in these patients.
Orchalgia may also be caused by injury, surgery, cancer or testicular torsion.
So, I can help you before your friend gets the final diagnosis.
Even if it’s the cancer, your friend has every chance for normal recovery because this type of cancer is very radiosensitive and after even one radiation therapy it shows sings of retrieving.
