I admit that I have never met a narcissist person before and when I did, nothing spectacular happened. Although, we did speak for only couple of minutes so I could not see any symptoms. What is the most effective treatment for narcissism? Can those people ever return to normal again?

There have been many debates about narcissism disorder and the proper therapy for them. I could say that each of us behaves as narcissist at some point or other, so how can we judge those that behave like that all the time? I suppose that not having friends and drowning in egocentrism are not socially acceptable characteristics but should those people be medicated for that, it is questionable...
