What would be the way out of my personal hell? I am 30 years old and I have extra 30 kilos. I do not look very fat, since I am tall, and I play soccer with my friends from time to time, but as I get older, this weight is really causing me problems. What diet is the most effective one?

The slowest one. Seriously, all those two week-10 kilos off diets are far from being healthy, especially since people, when the diet is done, tend to return the kilos in abnormally short time. So, eat healthy, regularly, no sodas, candies, try to exercise as much as possible and in couple of months, the results will be visible.
