i have these bumps that come and go. but always, it occurs around the vaginal area and on the inside part of my thigh. but right now i have this sore that is real soft on top but hurts if i touch it or accidently scratch it. its grown to be bigger than a normal size pimple. please tell me what it is so i can get rid of it.

sounds like a boil you need to put warm compresses on it like a warm wash clother or heat up a tea bag and put that on it it should bring it to a head then slowly disappear
