this happened a while now and its still there. around the penis head(which is the inner part not the front) the ring part. ok enough about that. but it has this bumps all around it and it hurts getting oral sex. it doesnt give off anything..its just there. could it be something i developed because i have not shower a lot when i was a kid? please help explain this for me. thank you
