I have been trying this for a day or two now. My thumping isn't totally gone yet but it is drastically reduce! Every time it starts I do this and it stops within minutes. I can't believe something so simple is working. My doctor probably would have been pushing a list of medications on me. I just want to say "thank you very much!".

Are you kidding me!!! A week of annoying and soreness from the constant thumping. I did the nose and yawn thing. It immediately gave me temporary relief. I did taste an infection in my sinuses. So, now treating with saline solution in sinuses. Nice to have relief. Looking forward to it resolving.

I too, suffered from the never ending pounder in my left ear. It all started about 3 weeks ago, mild at first. But now it's driving me crazy! Like most of you, this had to stop some way, some how! I tired popping my ears with no results. I checked my blood pressure to see if was too high. But the one thing that stopped that annoying sound in my ear, was my finger. When my finger was in side of my ear, the sound STOPPED! So I took some toilet tissue and plugged my ear. THE RELEAF WAS INCREDIBLE! It does not remove it completely, but enough to get a good night sleep! Anything is better than what I was going through. For some reason, a stronger blood flow has traveled near the ear drum. The tissue or cotton, guessing here, places enough pressure to stop the blood. I hope this works for you as well!

My right ear thumps to a rythem and does not match my heart beat. Plus i can not hear out of that Ear. Im up all night wondering if it would stop. It gets louder too. Is urs like that?

The irregular pounding may be relieved by taking 600-900 mg of horse chestnut extract.

Have you looked into semi circular canal dehiscence. That was the cause of mine.

you might have cleared out a bit of wax because it usually stops after cleaning your ear

I am having problem with my right ear, when it starts happening to my ear that cause infections part of my right ear of inner ear, that i have never having ear pain before. i really never hear the noise of screech, screaming out loudness as impossible, then suddently it goes away, and now it is now starts to make thumping noise of my right ear by blood flow part of my body and i can actually hear myself a matches rate of my heart beat. then i tried to clear out my right ear, that i clean the virus out of my ears when i used a Q-tip. I definitly get rid virus. so thats why the virus gets an ear infections even thump noise, i clear the ear wax out of my ears. suddently it starts beginning to make a noise thump in my right ear. i can't even standed anymore, i am sick of tired for all that thump noise. it gets on my nerves. it's annoying me.
