I’m pretty sure most teenage guys sleep completely naked. I started in middle school and knew many others who did the same, and both my sons (13 and 17) also sleep in the nude. Tell Mom to save her hard-earned money because you’re becoming a man and clothing in bed is pointless!

PP you replied to here. Yes, as a father who was also once a teenage boy myself, I’m not at all surprised to hear this. Once a boy hits puberty, raging hormones pretty much guarantee that he’ll need to get naked at some point every night anyways, so it’s only logical just to start off that way when going to bed and stay nude until getting up in the morning. Then, once you start regularly sleeping in the nude and get used to it, you never go back!

I'm the father of 2 sons now in their 20s, one is moved out. When they were in their pre-teens, just briefs. In their late teens, they lost the briefs, slept in the nude. We were nudist raising them, and now continue that tradition. Whether bed time, or during the day if they happen to be here.

Was it "the birds and bees talk"?
If so, what made her initiate the talk?
Are your current night clothes to revealing and she finds that arousing? If that's the case, then the problem appears to be more hers than yours. Maybe she should get counseling because if she is getting aroused by seeing your body getting new nigh clothes may not make it go away. But, by all means, get some less revealing night wear, but get something you chose and are comfortable with. Just don't let it be a thong with an elephant pouch. That could drive your mom over the edge and drive her to sexually ravage your young erotic body. Once those desires have been unleashed, she won't be satiated by a single encounter. There will still be something about your body that drives to return night after night after night to drink from the well of your attractive and irresistible young body.

Our boys began sleeping in their briefs when they were about 5. They said they wanted to sleep like Dad. Now as teens, they continue to sleep in just their underwear as do most of the boys who have been to our house for sleepovers. Boys should sleep in whatever helps them sleep comfortably.
