Hello!
In 20 days I will have a very tough exam and I must have a time of 3:45 minutes on 1000 meters. I have not run for over 5 years so I have lived a sedentary life. Over the last 2 months I have practiced but the progress was little.

Now I make 1000 meters in about 5 minutes. If I rise the tempo I can't even run 500 meters. I need every help I can get, so I searched on the net and found about supplements.

I have read much about them but I have not found a supplement that is special for running(most are for those who want to pack some muscle up at the gym).

Considering this is a runners' forum, I am certain that you will be able to give me some pieces of advice about what supplement I should take in order to gain so much in so little time.
