Hey im only 12 and i know this isnt the age to be thinking about weight loss but i am going to a new school next year. and i want to look good when i start there. i have constant headaches which comes in the way of me excersicing, and i live in czech republic but i cant speak the language. so i cant join a club or a team. i way about 73-74 kg, i used to be 60 kg but over som time it became more , but my body doesnt look like its changed alot. i was wondering if i could get some help about what to eat, how much to eat it, and how much excerisice to do :-D thank you :-D
