what to pack when im ready to givebirth

Well i will just list the items i took in my hospital bag, it may help you :-) .

fan,
straw to use when drinking out of my water bottle(incase a contraction comes you dont spill your drink everywhere),
socks (feet can sometimes get cold),
squirty bottle full of water to cool face down,
a watch so that you can see how long you are in labour for(for me it went so fast but seemed like i was in there hours lol)
lucozade so keep your energy up,
big knickers and pads for after the birth,
nipple shelids,pads and cream if your breast feeding
