Hi, I am just going to get straight to the point. Yesterday after my first pee of the day when I wiped there was some pink blood, it was very faint. I put on a pad and by later that day there was a tiny pit of blood on the pad and it seemed to have stopped but I put on a new pad before bed to make sure, sure enough when I woke up today it was still stopped, I kept the pad on just in case. Well later on today I noticed a little bit more blood on the pad, not a lot and when I checked it again a little bit ago there wasn't any more and when I wiped there was very faint pink blood and then nothing.
I read about something called Implantation bleeding and it sounded like exactly what is happening here. My periods have always been irregular, ever since I first started when I was 14 and it has been 10 years and always whenever I wasn't on contraception it was normal for me to only have 4-6 periods a year. I never spotted in between them either which is one reason why I think this could be implantation bleeding. The date is June 27th and my last period ended on April 14th. Another reason is because my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex for the first time in our relationship (no b/c and no condom), we have done it 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I feel like maybe there is a chance I was ovulating during that time frame. Another reason i don't think this is a period is because my periods are normally extremely heavy and last 5-6 days easily and I usually have extreme cramps, bad to the point where I can barely get out of bed and this blood was so light and there have been absolutely no cramps.
I have not talked to a doctor or taken a home PT yet. I read that the hCg hormone won't even show up in my urine until about a week after implantation. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I know it's a difficult question because every woman is different and there aren't always explanations for everything that happens to us but do you think I could have experienced implantation bleeding? and is it normal for it to start and stop, start and stop like it did? i would think implantation bleeding aswell. any bleeding that isnt "normal" for you may indicate pregnancy..
