what's happening, am I having a miscarriage?

Okay so im 18 yrs old, im 11 weeks and 3months on the 26 of April I started spotting bright red just like a dime size,ok I thought it was just a little spot so payed no attention to it right,..but then the next day comes my pad is real bloody as if im on my period but its like a redish browish color I was scared Now then the next day comes im still bleeding like a period till now im still bleeding today I was peeing and this like stringie blood was hanging down so wiped it was like tiny little blood clots idk what to do im worried can it be a miscarriage or what? If u know then plz answerrr.. I have my appointment tomorrow wish me luck....5_1_15
