I'm 20 yrs old I have been trying to get pregnant for the last three months. I am very accurate on my period but this month it came about four days earlier and it is totally different of my usual periods. Usually my first day has lots of cramping that not even Tylenol can work with them and heavy bleeding and lasts about five days. Well this month I got my period four days before and the first day i had cramping but not like before and i just had a normal red bleed with blood clothes and it only lasted two days by the end of the second day i was bleeding just pink but not enough to use a pad. Does some one know what is wrong or have an advise for me? Can i be pregnant? I just have not taken a test because i don't want to put my hopes up.

This beeding could be implantation bleeding. This occurs when the zygote, fertilized egg, implants into the uterus. I would take a pregnancy test in a couple of days. Fingers crossed!
